I consider this more than a NSV, this is a Big Victory! I had major ankle surgery at the end of October 2012. Today I ran a mile and walked another mile on the treadmill. This is a big deal seeing as I had to relearn how to walk!

This gives me such hope! I had my right hip replaced just under 3 weeks ago and it will be a while before I can even put my own sock on! This is showing me there is a glimmer of light at the end of that long, recovery tunnel!0
