Exercise. How often do you do it to maintain your weight?
I am 5"8 and 138 pounds. My maintenance weight is 135 pounds. I exercise 4-5 times a week and burn around 200-300 calories each time. I also eat 1500 calories a day. Was wondering how much everyone else exercises, how often and how long for?:) Just want to get an idea of how much I need to be doing. xxx

Toning and HIIT?!?
I'm currently 136 pounds at 5'8. I have lost 70lbs and really need to tone. I do hiit 3 times per week and two other cardio workouts.
