  • Yeah I tried it for a while and ended up gaining a lot of weight. I think it might be because ive lost 70lbs my body wants to go back to that weight
  • See my net is always around 1200 and I seem to struggle so much, damn x
  • Thank you everyone, my goal here is to make sure I don't wobble anymore. I dont want to be able too see my abs just want them to not jiggle around haha
  • Ok thank you for your help. This is all very new too me and If I had have known about all this resistance training, bf and calorie defecits when I was young it would have helped. I think I am going to try and put on some muscle instead of decreasing my body fat which is already 18% (considered athletic).
  • RGV2- When I first started loosing weight I had just turned 15 so I was completely unaware of why a low calorie diet and no weight training was a bad thing. I realise I have messed up my metabolism and am 'skinny'. I don't want to build muscle per say or have washboard abs. Just a flat stomach that doesnt wobble when I walk
  • I am doing all my workouts at home and have found body resistance exercises to tone. I haven't got much money or room and weights are expensive. If I really need them to do this then I'll find a way x
  • http://www.realsimple.com/health/fitness-exercise/workouts/trim-your-inner-thighs-00000000035180/page2.html thats a good website with some ideas for inner thigh exercises. The best way to do is by using weights for example weighted squats or lunges as that what really burns calories and helps you tone. Make sure you are…

  • The first bits the hardest and you've already achieved that- Just getting on the weight loss bandwagon is an achievement in itself. The fact that you haven't put weight on recently is also a good sign that you eat mindfully. It's not going to be easy but it can be so much fun and if you need anything advice or just someone…
  • I am addicted too eating cereal out of the packet when I make tea and I hate tomatoes

  • I used to be about 15 stone, so i started where you are now :) 1,540 calories will see you lose weight, how tall are you? Try it out, for a week- if you see results then it means its working, I can't see why that would be too many calories unless you are quite short? Gym 4 times a week sounds good :DI love the cross…
  • Are you shorter than average? If you are short you would have lower calories than someone who is taller. It could also be that you have put in a big weight loss goal of 3 or 4 pounds a week loss? If you think the number is too low test out what your body needs. Try 1500 calories, if you lose weight then it obviously work…
  • Failing means your just around the corner from succeeding. you can do it, any one can and it can all be enjoyable. You can enjoy your chocolate and wine in moderation and learning to get it into your calorie goal will seem easy after the first week. once the first 5 or 6 pounds has come off you will feel great!
  • They look nice, I'm salivating
  • Would be happy to give advice and support if needed, add me :)
  • Slow and steady is the way forward because it gives you realistic goals and calories for the day. I like to lose 1 pound a week or sometimes even less than that. People that lose weight really really quickly because they are depriving themselves of food usually put it back on when they start eating normally again. It's a…
  • Saying no to constant snacking and junk food used to be really hard for me. You need to get the motivation, throw out the junk and stock up on healthy food:). When you see the results starting to come in it will motivate you even more. the first few weeks are the hardest
  • http://www.eliteimpactlabs.com/articles/protein-myths-too-much-protein-bad This website is really helpful- It tells you all about protein. I would say as long as you are not in red in the fats, sugars and carbs then a high protein diet isn't going to have a bad effect. Myfitnesspal tends to put limits really low too so you…
  • Add me , I'd always be happy to give advice and support !:)

  • I've lost 5 stone and it really is all about sticking to the diet and exercising. It's not so much a diet, it's a lifestyle change and you can still have all the nice stuff that you like in your diet just in moderation :).Add me, I can offer advice if you ever need it
  • You're really not doing too bad, the only thing I would say is you could try and get some 1 calorie spray cooking oil too cook your eggs in, and add some pepper because it speeds up your metabolism. Watch out for nuts too as they are quite high in calories- If they are unsalted they are also high in fat- but it's good…
  • I'm 17 , I've already lost 70 pounds although it does not say it on my fitness pal, I didn't find out about it till a few months ago. Hoping to lose a few more pounds and tone up :)
  • I eat like a normal person. I don't really eat diet food like weight watchers or special K or anything like that. What I would suggest is maybe adding more complex carbohydrates to your meals like brown rice, brown pasta, brown bread- that sort of thing keeps you full for longer. It's just about getting into it, I eat 1700…
