    thats a good website with some ideas for inner thigh exercises. The best way to do is by using weights for example weighted squats or lunges as that what really burns calories and helps you tone. Make sure you are eating enough too that way you will build a bit of muscles in your inner thighs easier which will tone them up and make them look slimmer and better

    You cannot spot reduce. If you want to strengthen those muscles, do the exercises. If you want to lose the fat, you have to lose fat on your entire body. Arms, inner thighs, and right below the belly button are the last places that the fat will disappear from.
