Exercise. How often do you do it to maintain your weight?

I am 5"8 and 138 pounds. My maintenance weight is 135 pounds. I exercise 4-5 times a week and burn around 200-300 calories each time.
I also eat 1500 calories a day.
Was wondering how much everyone else exercises, how often and how long for?:)
Just want to get an idea of how much I need to be doing. xxx

    i am 5ft5 and 135lbs and i maintain on NET 2000 cals, working out 4-5 times per week.

    Yeah I tried it for a while and ended up gaining a lot of weight. I think it might be because ive lost 70lbs my body wants to go back to that weight

    how long is a while and how much is a lot of weight?

    I lift 3 to 4 days a week and I have an active job. That said, calories is what I watch to maintain and exercise is for health and fitness. Right now I am set at over 3000 calories to maintain and soon I will increase to a small surplus.

    I maintain 125 pounds by exercising 5 days a week for 1 hour and walking at least 4 miles a day on the week-end.
    I eat around 1600 net maintaining and 1200 to lose.
    I'm 5'2". Ultimately I'd like to be at 120.
