Lost my desire!
I have lost my desire to exercise… I don’t know what happened but about 2 weeks ago I just STOPPED! I realized today that it’s been 2 weeks and I have not broken a sweat. Calories equal to goal weight?
I had a Dr. once tell me that I should eat the amount of calories I want to weigh. I see a lot of people posting ".04 lbs loss since their last weigh in". My scale only has .5 increments... Do you think I should invest in a more detailed scale? Do these little .05 and .2 weight losses keep you more motivated? Just wondering your thoughts. Thanks!
