Once upon a time in a land far, FAR away my husband and I were at his work party and I overheard him and a co-worker talking. His co-worker asked “Which one is your wife?” He replied “The really hot one in the red dress”… Here is to being THAT girl again! When ever I get down or want to quit I remember that night and how amazing it felt to hear the man I love say those words!

What keeps me going? I treat my health and fitness with the same importance as brushing my teeth. I won't skip brushing my teeth; therefore, I won't skip taking care of my body.

Hmmm...very good question. I've never been 'thin', so I don't have a memory of it to motivate me. I'm going to have to give that some thought. It could come in very handy on those tough days!
