Compression clothing?
A lot of the workout clothes that I'm seeing are "compression". As a rather "fluffy" person, I don't like the idea of every bump to be outlined for all the world to see while I jiggle through my work out. What are the benefits of compression work out clothing? Diet Soda and/or Crystal Light?
Thanks for your thoughtful advice and comments! I generally drink 1-2 diet sodas each day, and 1-2 crystal lights each day. Could this be hampering my weight loss? Would it be better for me to switch to iced tea?

What does it feel like to lose 100+ pounds?
I've been obese basically my entire life. I'm aiming to lose 130 pounds. I'm wondering what it's like to lose that much weight. Do you still feel like yourself? Does your sense of self or identity change? I'm kind of worried that I won't feel like "me" anymore.

Sodium- come on people, scare me!
Okay, so now that I'm tracking my food, I'm realizing I consume way more sodium than I should. Should I be concerned about that? What are the health and/or weight loss implications of eating too much sodium? Thanks so much for any advice you can give!
