Working out body fat percentage
Please could someone tell me how you determine your body fat percentage. Also, how do you then monitor it and know it's going down? I have seen scales that claim if you hold onto metal handles the machine measures your body fat - I am struggling to see how this could work? Does it? Thank you :)

Recipes - breakdown not copying to food diary correctly?
I have a home made recipe for veg and bean soup, it has 743 sodium per portion but when I add to my food diary it's coming up as 1630 sodium? Does this happen to anybody else? Maybe it's just a technical glitch??
