Omega 3's anyone?
I HATE fish, the most recommended source of the stuff. I have recently been using 1 tbsp./day of flax oil on my salad and veggies as it makes a good dressing base. I actually do FEEL better. I have never had this as a part of my diet before. I'd love to hear how the rest of you get this in, especially those who don't care…

pilates anyone?
I have never done this but am interested. I'd like to hear from anyone who does pilates and can share thoughts/results on it.

a calorie=a calorie, right?
Calories burned below your target fat burning heart rate = those burned within the fat burning range, I assume? I burn most of mine in my fat burning target when I do treadmill, but below when I do a dvd. I hardly ever get to the lower end of the target heart rate with my dvd (tae bo)

Entering a set amount of calories burned during exercise?
I find the exercise calories to be a source for inaccuracy and therefor causing problems with weight loss. I get that you need to eat the calories burned, but calculating this reliably is a problem. When I do treadmill, I COULD use the count on the machine, though anything I've ever read says those are incredibly…
