Injured while squatting
Today I could not do any squats ( with wieight) because I had a pain on the front of my thigh (top of the thigh in the middle) It hurt every time I went down in a squat. It was too painful even with an empty bar. So I went ahead and did OHP and did the Deadlifts at previous weight. I felt it on the Deadlifts but managed to…
