Silly question...how do I "confirm" foods in the food database?
I feel like I need some new ideas. If doing low carb and I bring a dish to pass, I either make a broc/cauli salad with bacon and cheese or a cheese and sausage tray which I was planning on doing. I would prefer it not to be something that would need to be kept warm. Anybody have an idea they could share? Thanks!

I am able to eat their bars and Russell Stover sugar free candies (in very moderation) while doing low carb without it throwing me off so I'm curious to see how these new "M&M's" taste! Besides Atkins shakes, anyone have any recommendations for protein powder? I went on Netrition.com but Im not really sure what can techically be used as a light meal replacement shake. I honestly don't know the difference between all the types of proteins that make up those protein powders.
