I am so confused about calories v exercise etc. This week because I knew I was doing a walking marathon I ate 1400 instead of 120 calories on 3 occasions. Yesterday, what I logged did not even register on the graph as I had burned so much in exercise. So, today I have eaten 1456 to try and eat back some of yesterdays…
This is my 3rd weekend of marathon walking however, this week despite eating 1200 or a little more the scales are telling me I have put on 2lbs!!! HELP!!!! Wendy
Help please!!! Only just joined MFP online. My daily allowance is 1200 cals - today I burnt 2081 cals in exercise - am I supposed to eat all/half or none of these - thank you, Wendy
