The fitbit flex is great..........when it charges up - I bought 2, one for my daughter and 1 for myself about 3 months ago - the dongle doesnt charge them now gggrrr!!!

I have just started Phase 2, god it's hard but I'm really enjoying it. I haven't lost an ounce though but feel fitter. Onwards and upwards though!!

I am in the second week of part 1. The cardio is good, lots of calories burning but the DVD's although I feel as if I get a good work out I don't burn much but I think the plan is to get you used to doing the exercises then as the weeks go on it gets harder....dreading the cardios for them! I use a HRM and typically burn between 120 and 140 per shred. I am 5'2" and weigh 131 pounds. Hope this helps :smile:
