App Syncing & Adding additional exercise
I know MFP sometimes has issues syncing, but I'm wondering if I created the problem for myself. I use the Pacer app, which syncs to MFP. I walked on a treadmill without my phone/app and added the time manually. Since I've done that, the app will no longer sync. It's still linked on here. Any advice?

What is considered light activity level?
2 questions in one day! Is 12,000 average steps per day considered light activity? I have a sedentary job, but try to get up and move as much as possible, including walking. Hemp Protein vs Whey Protein
I'm having difficulty getting enough protein in my diet. I was told to use hemp protein in smoothies. I did a tiny bit of research on both and it seems like a good idea. Does anyone have experience using one or both products and have any recommendations? Thanks!

Food Scale
Probably a stupid question, but when you weigh your food, do you get better about estimating how much food weighs for a certain portion size? Did that even make sense ? :) I currently have to input my food based on tablespoon and sizes, etc as I don't yet have a scale. But, when I'm out, will it be easier to estimate the…

Changing what MFP tracks
Is there a way to set my food diary to track everything (fiber, potassium, etc) and I'm just not seeing it? TIA

I started using MFP a few weeks ago. It set my caloric intake to 1200 calories. I've read the sexypants starting guide, and how to calculate BMR, etc. I changed my goals today, upped my activity level, etc, and it still has me at 1200. Is it better to use the guided method on MFP or manually enter the caloric intake goals?…
