I walk about 30 min or so daily. I also live in a 2 story condo. I make 10-20 trips a day up and down the stairs. How can i include this in my excersize program. How do I calulate the calories burned going up one flight and down a flight?
Hello, I am a Professional Santa that has a knee that needs replaced. I am told to loose 100 pounds. I think that is way more than I need to loose. But going to try as best I can to loose at least 50 pounds. None of my pants are fitting any longer so need to do something.
