How do you calulate calories burned?

I walk about 30 min or so daily. I also live in a 2 story condo. I make 10-20 trips a day up and down the stairs. How can i include this in my excersize program. How do I calulate the calories burned going up one flight and down a flight?

Best way i would say is to get an app like endomondo on your smartphone and use that to work it all out. You can then connect it to MFP and it will add all the workouts automatically.0

I wouldn't try to use a flight of stairs as exercise. If you do this all the time, then maybe you should change your activity level.0
