Calories burned with HRM
I have a basic HRM (polar F1?) and it tells me my heart rate but I don't think it calculates my calories burned. Is there a formula for that?

Question about calories
Just read the book and this is what I got from it - women eat 1200 calories on LC days and 1500 on HC days. And workout 6x/week. Is this correct or did I miss something. Wouldn't that be way too low? Before starting this I am eating TDEE - 20% and that is about 1500 calories.

Eating exercise calories back
Is it practical to eat my exercise calories back over more than one day? For example, if I ran 10 miles today, I earn about 1000 calories. Say I take a rest day tomorrow. Couldn't I spread the exercise calories out over two or three days?
