Clear foods from MFP
I haven't posted food on MFP in a while. I've found that a lot of my foods have changed. I'd like to clear the foods listed & just start all over again so I don't have to weed through all the old stuff. Is there a way to do this? Thank you very much!!

All at once or throughout the day?
I have recently purchased a treadmill. Now instead of running 3 miles each morning I run 1 mile 3-6 times a day. I'm wondering if this is better, worse or has no effect (aside from the fact that I can run more miles). I feel like running every hour or two would keep your metabolism up but I'm not sure. Does anyone know?…

Confused about TDEE & BMR
Am I eating enough or too much? I'm confused. I don't know anything about TDEE or BMR. I just attempted to calculate it and I'm not sure I understand. I'm 5 foot 6, 132 lbs. & 52 years old. I am at my desk 8 hours a day. I work out 1 hour about 3 days a week & 1-2 each Saturday & Sunday. My arms & legs are pretty muscular…
