Does anyone else have a problem with too high of heart rate?
Hi there, How do you manage your heart rate while working out? I've done a lot of reading that suggests anything over 85% of your max heart rate can be dangerous. I am 21 so my max heart rate is 199. I often see my heart rate between 186-190. Is this dangerous? Is there a way to monitor it while working out? Thanks!

How many calories per day or week in combination with minutes of excercise, would it take to loose 10 pounds in a month? I am on week 3 of food logging. Any advice would be very helpful. Thank you!

Why is it bad to not eat back exercise cals?
I eat between 1200-1300 cals per day. I aim for at least 46g protein daily. I have lost 6.8 lbs since December 2nd, without eating back my excercise cals. Why is it so important to eat back those cals? Won't i just slow my weight loss?

Do you have to have a rest day?
Hi there, I am wondering why a rest day is needed for the body. Can someone explain this to me? I had a free trainer consult at my gym and he told me he only wants me to workout 6 days a week. Two days weight/strength and four cardio days. Anyone have input? Thanks!

I lost 4.5 pounds in a week. How?
Hello, I am trying to figure out how i lost 4.5 pounds in a week. I ate 1250 calories a day and had 2 weight lifting sessions and 4 cardio sessions. Surely, this was not worth 15,750 cals? (3500 in a pound x 4.5) Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!
