Protein rich recipes for students?
I read that food that are chock full of protein is more satisfying than carbs and fats. That's why the Atkins diet works apparently, even though people were allowed to eat as much as possible they don't because they feel satisfied. Is there any yummy protein rich dishes a college student could cook herself?

Arms!!!
I don't know why but a few weeks ago I realized that my arms are wobbly while I was out running. Like, if I lift my arm and shake it, the flaps underneath moves in an undesirable manner. Maybe I didn't notice it before or maybe this is a recent development. Anyway, do you guys have some suggestion to fix it?

3 months of no change
I noticed that in the past 3 months I am in the same range of weight (around 146-149 lbs.) At first I thought it was because my metabolism slowed down ever since I started eating 1200 calories a day.
