Excercise that targets the belly
I'm trying to target my stomach, its my biggest problem area. I have lost almost 80lbs, but would like to see more of the inches come from the belly. Right now I'm an avid walker, just joined the gym and in the past have done the elpitcal, aqua size and lane swims. Anyone have any ideas on what I should be doing?

Need Exercise Ideas
I'm a huge walker, I usually hit my treadmill 30-60 minutes a day....but 4 weeks ago I went for some work and the technician messed up and now I have 3rd degree burns on 4 of my toes on my left foot. Just curious too see who does what....I started out weighing 336, but when I joined up with MFP I was down to 275. I put down the 275 when I started 3 weeks ago, but now I see I can add old entries and put my actually beginning weight....what did you do?

arg all i can think about is food
Well its been 5 days of tracking and mini workouts...and here i find myself thinking about food. this seems to happen every time i track. so its midnight i should be sleeping but i find myself think a big mac would be really tasty rigt now. but i will not cave i will be strong i will be a size 12 for the trip in november

Back on the horse
Well what can I say, been there done that and back again :) I have been pretty good over the past 2 years and have lost about 65-75 pounds, but have been on a plateau.
