Well what can I say, been there done that and back again
I have been pretty good over the past 2 years and have lost about 65-75 pounds, but have been on a plateau. So trying something different in hopes to get me over the hump.
I have 10.5 months till we go to a destination wedding and I would love to be down another 40 before we go, which overall should be an easy weight to loose.
Support is always the hardest, my husband is naturally slender and even though words support me, actions do not always follow suit
So I'm going to dust off my treadmill as its -18C here, and get back to walking and hit the grocery store so I have good options instead of the A&W breakie I had today.....stay in touch I hope there is less of me next time I post a thread

40lbs in 10 months is definately doable. I know you, once you have your mind set on something, you go for it. I'm here for you like you have always been there for me.0

You can definitely do this. Me and my Pals are getting back on that same horse. We're a big herd getting stronger every day! Add me if you like and I'll give you the rah! rah! when you need it0

I'm also getting back on the horse. Just updated the goals on my profile too. My OH is also slim despite all the rubbish he can eat, so I've asked him to keep the junk at work!
We can do this :-) x0
