So, I got Zumba for the Wii and Kinect, and I love doing it, but how many people have actually lost weight from doing Zumba? And if you have lost weight how long are you dancing for?
I was reading different articles about calorie intake and that when you hit a plateau you should stagger your calories, like one day 1400 and another 1800. So my question is when you are hit one of those plateaus is it ok to have a cheat meal to add fat?
