I know, I shouldn't estimate two tablespoons but I do it all the time. Tonght I made myself measure out two level table spoons of peanut butter and mayo.... And I've been SHORTING MYSELF. >_<

Sketchy supplementing
I travel (fly) for work frequently. I'm very used to packing food/snacks but I'm struggling with packing powdered supplements. Right now I portion them out in Ziploc bags and put them in my carry-on luggage. Even as a NEXUS approved traveler I still sort of expect TSA to stop me for suspicious white powders in baggies. >_<…
