HELP. I'm dumb. I work out but binge eat the calories back.
I'm on Day 3 of Insanity. I do bootcamp classes, personal training, zumba, DDR, bellydancing, running, and weight lifting. But I'm still FAT. I can't stop binge eating and so all my efforts to lose weight are wasted :( I don't want to break even anymore or keep juggling these same 5-10 pounds. What do I do? What has worked…
