Blown away. Totally motivated to give it another go again!

Went for a swim today after not working out in ages. I really enjoyed it and I think it boosted my mood a lot! In fact, I didn't binge today after 2-3 months of daily binging!

I am so proud of myself for eating PROTEIN for breakfast and going to workout first thing in the morning, even though I was 20 minutes late for my class. I let go of the all or nothing mentality and had fun dancing in zumba.

An ice cream bar--I even went to take it out of the box and then put it back and chips that are currently overflowing in my pantry.

Me: 13 Binge: 4 This is actually crazy impressive for me considering how bad my binging was getting. The things that are most contributing to my success 1. Low carb (totally eliminates cravings and often my appetite, altogether) 2. Keeping busy. Distracting myself. Telling myself I have to do x first and then forgetting…

I'll never count it but I do acknowledge it as extra calories that I'm banking for my weight loss. For example, yesterday, I was windexing every mirror in the house and my arm was burning. I know I burned extra calories but no idea how many so I just smile to myself that I cleaned something and simultaneously got fitter.…

Me:3 Binge: 0 Feeling so fantastic! Low carb is exactly the cure for my binging. I'm not obsessing, craving, or even thinking about food. My hunger is like a teeny growl instead of an incessant roar. The other thing is that there are a TON of trigger foods around me and I couldn't care less. So happy. Here's to the rest of…

Thank you so much for sharing! You've inspired me and countless others, I'm sure. I also love the way you wrote the story in pieces with the photos in between--very engaging. Your weight loss and running accomplishments are incredible--I am in awe.

That's okay, I think everyone has felt that way. All you have to do is counteract it and my favorite way is keeping the headphones on with my favorite music. I let myself daydream that I'm winning a race or I'm at a club dancing, and I tend to forget where I am. Lately, as I walk through the heavily populated park to get…

The leg lifts are from Day 2 (I'm only on Day 3, so maybe they reappear) but are where you are on your hands and knees, and then asked to lift your knees a few inches off the ground. Afterwards, you kick one leg back behind you. I think the traditional form of the exercise (without knees lifted) is called donkey kicks and…

Hey there! I just finished Day 2 today. This is my first time doing it but we will cheer each other on and make sure we finish the program, deal? :)

Just started yesterday and I am really looking forward to some fantastic results. The moves aren't too bad at all because I take a lot of bootcamp style classes the gym but I'm hoping the consistency of 60 days plus the intensity will help me drop my BELLY. I'm adding you all, hope that's okay! Let's update each other with…
