I feel ya on that, I've had a rough couple days. Terrified to weigh in next week. Always feels like 1 bad day can really ruin a good week But TOMORROW IS A NEW DAY!

I am joining in again, late but I have kept track. I feel I need some accountability and am trying to move forward after 2 binge days...which are always hard for me to get back on track from.

This is actually crazy impressive for me considering how bad my binging was getting.
The things that are most contributing to my success
1. Low carb (totally eliminates cravings and often my appetite, altogether)
2. Keeping busy. Distracting myself. Telling myself I have to do x first and then forgetting about the urge.
3. Affirmations, especially of saying I am at my goal weight already or asking myself would someone who weighs "X" keep eating? It reminds me that I'm trying to get to a goal weight and that binging is going to have a direct impact on how soon I get there.0 -

This is an estimate..there was one day I felt out of control with food. I ate pretty heavily on the trip but only one actual binge. Time to undo the damage! No working out except walking...serious business now. Definitely going to make my next trip more fitness focused : )0 -

I fell of the MFP wagon last week, but I'm back! I had been really good about logging all my intakes-- even my binges-- until last week, so I'm sort of guessing here.

Wow, I'm actually kinda surprised I have the lead (even though it's just by 1) because whenever I have a binge, time seems warped. I usually feel so terrible that it feels like I've been in binge mode for a lot longer than I actually am-- like even if the day before I had been on my 5th straight binge-free day, that day usually seems like it was so long ago. Anyone else feel that way? Anyway, yay small victory!0 -
