I feel like I am walking a tightrope because I am only addressing my physical well-being, not my emotional or spiritual at all. Just started reading "Shrink Yourself" by Roger Gould, MD which was suggested on here (thank you!). It's really helping me I think with the emotional aspect of this.0 -

Yuck. Lack of sleep gets me every time. Monday night I stayed up until like 3am and then went to work on Tues. Left early and felt guilty about that. When I got home to the empty house, I ate ate ate. And then went to the store to get more food. Well today has been so far so good. Looking forward.0 -

This has been a really difficult month for me with my eating habits....I come home from work and binge almost every night. I decide every night after I enter my food in my diary that tomorrow will be different, but I end up doing the same thing...I really thought I was over this pattern.. Tomorrow starts a new month and I will have a plan for my evenings this month!0 -
