Anyone with cancer trying to maintain weight and nutrition
Hi, I've been diagnosed terminal with cancer and am reaponding well to treatment weight fluctuates up and down and am having trouble keeping it stable and getting nutrition. Anyone have or had similar problems?

I'm back again
Hi everyone this is my 3rd time back. First time I lost most of the weight then was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Recovered a little and tried to loose the last bit but atruggled due to illness and my personal feelings. 12 months on I'm still alive and have decided to finish my goal. So 3rd time lucky

diet shakes and weight gain
Hi I've been on meal replacement shakes for a little over a week now and am putting on weight . Tried them 2 years ago and had the same result. My doctor is telling me to stay with them as the weight will come off. Anybody else had this experienxb?
