WBV MACHINES (Whole Body Vibration
Has anyone tried or have had any experience with the WBV (Whole Body Vibration) machines. The companies that we are looking at all state that you can lose weight and tone your body just by standing on these machines that vibrate.

Protein shakes
How often and when should you be drinking protein shakes. I usually have one after my wieght lifting nights ( every third day) but I'm thinking that maybe I should be drinking it before my cardial workouts to give me more energy.
