Hi everyone. I'm 2.5 weeks post op and it is SO hard for me to not drink with my meals. I just feel thirsty! Any way to combat this or is it just a habit I need to get into?

Hi everyone. I'm 2.5 weeks post op and it is SO hard for me to not drink with my meals. I just feel thirsty! Any way to combat this or is it just a habit I need to get into? (EDIT) Meant to post this is the VSGers Boards! I had gastric sleeve surgery and a rule is not to drink 30mins before or after meals. Sorry!

2 Weeks Post-Op, Difficulty swallowing?
I'm slowly starting to eat soft solid food now. It's been very difficult for me to drink and eat the protein because I have something like indigestion or something when I swallow. Does anyone else have/had this problem? Does it go away? And yes, I do chew the small amount of food in my mouth to death before I swallow. This…
