They always tell me that I have to increase my protein intake but I have gout when I do. I did some research on gout and... Help needed.. advice about eating carbs
I play basketball every saturday as part of my cardio plan. I was advised to eat my carbs to enable my body to have fuel to "burn". I play from 9 am to 12 and dont really want to play on a full stomach. My question is, do I really need to eat carbs and if so when (before or after)?
