body media uncomfortable
Any body else find it uncomfortable? I have flabby arms...lol and it gets in the crease, rolls up, and is like pinching. Second day and I hate it. Constantly adjusting it. I slept with it for 4 hours last night and had to take it off. Any suggestions?

What does it say your BMR is? What calorie allowance did it give you per day? What do you usually consume in a day? It said my BMR was like 2400 and gave me an allowance of like 1975. I eat about 1700 a day.
