I have found that as I vary my workouts to shake up my routine, there are a lot of exercises that are not on MFP. Is there a way to calcualte calories burned? What do you guys do?
Any suggestions on how to determine a serving size when it says "1 slice". We are celebrating a birthday today, having German Chocolate Cake. I want to prefigure so I know how many calories I'm using and how I need to adjusts other meals/snacks to accommodate the calories. Help ?!?!
