Weekend help needed
This will be my first weekend since I started MFP. I can easily get into a routine/schedule for the week days and this has helped keep me on track. I am nervous about the weekend though. Any helpful tips on how to stay focused and on track?

I couldn't resist getting on the scale this morning and found that I'm down 3 lbs since Monday. Day 2
Well, Day 1 went well. I really like the calorie counter. I haven't figured out yet how to save my favorite foods yet, but I'll keep playing around with it. This site is great!
