I couldn't resist getting on the scale this morning and found that I'm down 3 lbs since Monday. I know that the weight will fluctuate and may not be a true indicator of what I've done so far this week. I find the food tracker is fantastic. I have started the 100 push up challenge and that is going well even though I am sore from not being used to doing them. Have a great day everyone.
