I had a delicious smoothie today it had one whole banana, I cup of mangs and strawberrys with low fat vanilla yoplait yogurt. It was fantastic. Does anyone have any other delicious smoothie recipes to share with me. I usually use plain low fat yogurt but I wanted to give myself a little treat yesterday.
