Fitbit and MFP Linked but not updating

I basically created my own foods list instead of using the diary database since a lot of those foods have incorrect nutrition value or are duplicated. How can I alphabetize the "my foods" list? I get tired of scrolling up and down to try and find a food that I created. Any suggestions?

I am having trouble after getting my allotted calories for the day that I have too much fat and protein(negative # in daily totals).
