I'm planning on making tacos for dinner tonight and am trying to figure out calories for the jennie o ground turkey. I have 85/15 and it says it is 220 calories for 4 oz. I don't have a food scale so I'm just trying to figure out another way to measure it. Is 4oz the same as 1/2 cup of ground turkey? Thanks!
