how many calories in ground turkey?

I'm planning on making tacos for dinner tonight and am trying to figure out calories for the jennie o ground turkey.
I have 85/15 and it says it is 220 calories for 4 oz. I don't have a food scale so I'm just trying to figure out another way to measure it. Is 4oz the same as 1/2 cup of ground turkey?

    Yes, 4 ounces in 1/2 cup

    I can't remember but at one time I figured it out and I think that I came to either 4oz = 1/2 cup or 1 cup...Play it on the safe side and use the 1/2 cup - 3/4 cup...Next time I make tacos (we use turkey too) I can measure and let you know
