Is my goal of 40/30/30 ok?
I'm 5'5 1/2" weighing 194 (ouch). And I just change my goals to 40% Carbs, and 30% in fats and protein. Mfp originally set me 50 carbs, 30 fat, and 20 protein. Missed period
I joined MFP on October 3. Since then I try to go for a walk or mini run for 30 minutes at least 5 days a week. I eat around 1600 calories daily and my diet hasn't changed much.
