Is my goal of 40/30/30 ok?

I'm 5'5 1/2" weighing 194 (ouch). And I just change my goals to 40% Carbs, and 30% in fats and protein. Mfp originally set me 50 carbs, 30 fat, and 20 protein.

I have lost weight before using their method but I'm wondering if I lower my cabs that maybe it will be easier to lose. I'm trying to lose one lb a week by working out 4 times a week for 20-45 minutes.

    I try and go higher on the protein and fats and then let the carbs fall in last. This is only because I lift weights and I need the extra protein. It also has helped me to feel fuller. Meeting your macros daily for nutritional benefits is most important.
