Cravings!!!
I am finding it difficult to win against very strong cravings.. I have eaten all my calories, spread out through the day so I am not hungry at all. Back from my cruise..
and I am happy to say I only gained 3 lbs... I walked a ton, but enjoyed lots of great food, lots of drinks, and enjoyed dessert every day!! Started each day with a healthy breakfast, made good choices for lunch and dinner, but for the most part, ate what I wanted! Just not a ton of anything... skipped bread with dinner…
