Question about walking at work
I work a part time job in catering. When I'm at work I am on my feet walking the entire time. The pace is fairly rapid and much of the time my skin is damp with sweat. My time at work averages 12 hours per day. Can I log this as exercise?

question about green tea
What is the basis for thinking that green tea "attacks" body fat? If this were even slightly true I should a body fat % of zero. I drink 100 cups of green tea every 2 weeks and have done so for years. My body fat % is over 30.
