whats this exercise machine classed as in the exercise list
I've been using vfit step twister machine which i cant see on the exercise type list,so i've just been using the 4-6 inch step as my exercise.Is that the correct name for it or is there another name for it on the list,i've posted a pic so you know what i'm going on about lol.

having one too many drinks
went out last night and had one or two to many lagers and whisky,blew my daily calories right out the window.does anyone else go mad from time to time lol

when i type in house work theres no options so what do you type in so it recognizes it. yes i'm a guy but i do some house work :bigsmile:

a alternative to crisps
i love crisps and its my biggest down fall however this year i'm going to cut down and since new year i've only had two small packets,usually by now i would be on my 20th or so. what a good healthy alternative to snack on at night.
