Last day is done! Congratulations on all of your hard work ladies, you did awesome. October has slipped away from me and I have done almost nothing for the November calendar, but I'll see if I can't get something done for next month.

Wake up! Talking to myself here. Slept through my alarm. Just got up and did the challenge, now to hurry off to work! Happy Hump Day!

Day 12 down, 45 squats today felt great to wake me up this morning, lunges not so much, but hey, it's not all supposed to feel good. I hope everyone has a fantastic rest of their weekend, I'll be taking tomorrow off!

Whew! Day 11 done, and happy Friday everyone!!! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: The lunges are definitely what's getting me right now, but it's getting easier! Added some one legged frog squats today. Hope everyone kicks *kitten* today and has a wonderful weekend!

Day 10 done! Thanks to my dog for making me get out of bed this morning. It was so cold outside and so nice and warm in bed. Glad I got up and did it though! Everyone have a great day!

Okay, so I did just my bicep curls and punches this morning because I was worried about my back. Hasn't given me trouble all day though, so I'm going to finsh up tonight with the dips and pushups. Everyone enjoy their weekend!

Day 26 done! Only three more days of workouts! Hurt my back this morning so hopefully it'll be feeling alright in the morning to do the challenge, but if not I may swap rest days. Everyone keep kicking *kitten*, we're almost done!

Done! Feeling good about all the progress I've made this month. Didn't notice this much difference with abs, but you have to be so skinny to see abs.
