Binge or splurge?
I've been noticing that the word "binge" gets thrown around a LOT on these boards. But the thing is, most of the time, the posters are not talking about a true binge, but a splurge. There is such a huge difference between over eating (splurge) and eating uncontrollably. True, for some people that loss of control may…

Tell me again why eating before bed won't make me fat?
I'm not talking about a glass of milk or a small snack here. I'm talking to the people who believe that it doesn't matter when you eat your calories. I really appreciate any input,…

Protein powders
Just wondering if anyone knows of a decent tasting protein supplement that doesn't contain wheat. Aside from whey protein and hemp protein, I've been at a loss. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Loose the Kracken! or the fat, your choice
I've decided I'm totally okay with people misusing "loose" in place of "lose". I've lost weight before, and I always find it. Usually along with some that a friend or neighbor has misplaced. So I'm going to loose my fat this time instead of just lose it. I have no desire to play another round of hide and seek with it.
