Weights rest day
Monday/Wednesday/Friday are weight days for me using Cybex machines followed by 35 minutes cardio. Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday are cardio only. Question is, if I do the elliptical (with arm handles) or a rower on the non-weight days, is that preventing recovery from the weights? Thanks.

Food label and nutrient info
Are calorie and nutrient labels on packaged foods giving information ONLY for the package contents or for the entire food prepared per the package instructions? I'm thinking the former but want to confirm. Thanks.
