30 Day shred - anyone mix up the Levels?
I'm starting Level 2 tomorrow... and toying with the idea of rotating through the Levels for the next little while. Does anyone else do this? I also have Ripped in 30 (which has 4 levels) ... might mix that in there, too. Just trying to come up with a plan to combat the monotony ....... I'm also walking & biking while…

Day 16 What day are you?
I've just finished level 2 day 16.....for some reason I can not remember what comes next each time I do this workout I'm kinda lovin it. Its becoming addictive I'm probably a few days behind some of you, had to miss a few days here & there. Just wondering where everyone else is at?

Day 11
Level 2 is killer.... and I'm loving it !! I watched Level 3 to see what i'm up against.... I hope I'm ready for that next week. I also recently bought Ripped in 30 - if anyone is interested in doing that next with me? Maybe we could ask Group creator to keep the ball rolling :flowerforyou:

Day 4
I finally did an early morning workout !! Yeah Me :happy: I'm on a mission to get these workouts done first thing, get up early, get a great start to the day!! This being my third attempt at 30DS - I'm feel like I'm almost ready to face LEVEL 2 (well... in 6 more days :tongue: )

Everyone still going strong?? I managed to get up early for my workout for the second day in a row - AND I LOVE IT !:happy:

Barefoot?
Does anyone do these exercises in barefeet? Just curious, because I usually do.... and I have trouble completeing the juming jacks + skipping segment - it's killer on my calfs. Other than that... I find I have better balance in bare feet, and I don't really wanna wear my running shoes in my house :happy:

I wanna do a C25K program... but I have no idea what one is good. I've read lots of success stories on here for C25K. I want/need verbal instructions, plus I would like to listen to music (within the app preferably) I have an iPod or an Android phone - I'm not very technical so would like a user friendly press & go program…

has anyone tried Bodeefit WOD??
This site has free WOD's (workout of the day) that require no equipment.. you use your body weight (think burpees, mountain climbers, push ups, etc)... just wondering if anyone does this or something similar? I guess they're like a 30 min crossfit workout. I also can't figure out how to log these exercises. Suggestions…
